About three quarters of Betterweld’s jobs are urgent ones. For example, we can get a call to repair a pipe at the hospital. And if scaffolding is needed to access this pipe, we don’t have time to join a queue or wait. When I talk to Julian he recognises that the (operating) theatre has to be kept going and be available for emergencies, so he will re-assign staff to see us right. For these reasons I will remain in his debt and continue to support his business.
